Drover and stockman since able to sit: Trained and/or rode winners in thoroughbred racing, harness racing, showjumping, dressage, ODE, 3DE, polocrosse, campdrafting, cutting, saddle bronc, bull ride. Specialist equine hospital: Athletic repair of fractures & ruptures, mended disasters – artificial legs on broodmares, repaired cruciate in stallions, 49 in float tanks, 8 losers. Technical manager Ranvet, International Animal Health Course designer/writer NSW TAFE Farriers Apprenticeship (with Albert O’Cass) Jockeys Apprenticeship Horse Management Diploma Formulation, quality assurance, promotion, beginning of Mitavite 1987 Patentor (with Sam Rutherford & Peter Aldrick) Mitavite feed theory & system, 11 other patents Managing director BVR (Nitrotain, Cu-Algesic, Untie, Retread, Omega 3) Nutrition Consultant, human, canine & equine athletes. 	NAME: Gail Sramek POSITION: Consultant Nutritionist Gail grew up with a passion for horses. She was a keen pony clubber and later competed in Showjumping. After completing her degree in Agriculture 5 years ago Gail began working at Mitavite. Her main role is technical support helping clients with nutritional issues, suggesting corrective diets and researching the latest developments in nutrition. Gail believes that performance and general well being can be enhanced by good nutrition and has a philosophy that every horse is an individual with its own unique needs. Understanding and nurturing these needs can help the horse to reach its full potential.

SALES TEAM
	NAME: Colin Price POSITION: National Sales Manager Colin has been with Mitavite for 7 years and was based in the South Island of NZ before taking up his present position with Mitavite in January 2004. Colin and his wife Raewyn have 3 adult children. Horses are a family affair for the Prices, with their sons all involved in the horse industry. Colin and Raewyn established their successful Croftlea Sport Horse Stud in 1986 and have stood a number of very good stallions over the years. They also have a keen interest in racing, sharing the ownership of several good horses.

	NAME: QLD Angela McLiesh POSITION: Sales Manager .Angela grew up riding in New Zealand competing at Hacking, Dressage and her favourite discipline Eventing, before being lured into Thoroughbred Racing. During the 80’s and 90’s Angela was foreperson for 2 of Australia ’s leading trainers and was involved in many Group successes. She left the racing fold in the mid 90’s to complete a degree and business and has pursued a career in the animal health industry for the past 9 years. Angela is a keen sports follower with special favourites Brisbane Lions and Canterbury Crusaders.

	NAME: Jim McFadden POSITION: VIC Sales Manager Jim holds a Dip App Sci (AG) and has been part of the Mitavite Sales Team for 11 years, covering Victoria, Tasmania and King Island. Jim and his wife Mary have 3 children. Like many Victorians, Jim is mad on AFL and is a keen supporter of the Bulldogs. In the AFL off season, Jim is involved in coaching junior cricket.

	NAME: Kyle Robertson POSITION: NSW Sales Manager Kyle lives in the Central West of NSW with his young family and has been actively involved in the horse industry for over 6 years. Kyle enjoys a day at the races, golf and relaxing with his family on the river.

	NAME: Cassandra Lea POSITION: Sales Administrator Cassandra is Mitavites Sales Administrator and looks after many areas including general enquiries, sponsored rider details and correspondence, media scheduling & supporting the Sales Managers. Cassandra completed a Diploma of Horse Business Management in Geelong and grew up as a competitive junior Eventing Rider in Victoria. She is now located on the Central Coast NSW and is a keen Dressage and Showjumping Competitor. Cassandra has a passion for the horse industry and her three much loved Kelpies.

	NAME: Virginia Sutherland POSITION: NSW Sales Consultant Virginia is a member of the Hawkesbury Chamber of Commerce and the EFA. Virginia has worked extensively in the USA as a groom, in public relations, marketing and sales. Virginia is heavily involved with NSW Pony Clubs, regularly visiting various Zones across NSW and attending all State events.
