Depending on appetite, work program and size, by the time a horse is in full work it should be eating 5-8 kg of Sustaina, and 3-6 kg of hay and/or chaff per day. When introducing high-nutrient feeds to horses as they come into the stable, commence with a lower amount of Sustaina and gradually increase. No added supplements should be required except on veterinary advice.
