| Roughage (hay, chaff, pasture etc) should be fed at 1-1½% of bodyweight. Amounts above are a guide. Total daily feed (concentrate + roughage) should be 2-3% of bodyweight depending on age, workload & climate. Refer to the exercise calculator to determine classification of workload. *Oaten or wheaten chaff or hay or pasture. The feeding guides are for temperate climates. In humid climates increase the amount of Economix Active™. As a guide a Mitavite Dipper holds approximately 900 grams of Economix Active™. |
